Account Deletion Request

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data linked to it in either of these two ways:

• From the App: open Profile and choose Delete account.
• By email: write to [email protected] from the email address registered in your account, or use the form below.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email address, phone number and photo), your saved addresses and payment methods, your documents, your chat and voice messages, and your device identifiers. Once the request is processed this data can no longer be recovered.

What we keep, and for how long

We keep the records of completed trips and their payments (date, route, amount and invoice) for 7 years, without your contact details attached, because tax and transport regulations require it. Records related to an open safety or fraud investigation are kept until that investigation is closed.

We answer every request within 30 days.
